So many ideas, sites, companies don't take off, or seem to, for a couple of months or even a year or two, and then fizzle out and die or crash and burn. It could have so easily been Facebook. And Mark, who surrounded himself with people like Sean and Thiel, reflecting his own dreams back at him as long as things went well but ultimately opportunists caring about their own bottom line, and employees, awe-struck at the height of his success but in no position to make him listen to bad news he doesn't want to hear and with no reason to stand by him when the money dries up, finds himself completely unprepared when things go belly-up, and abandoned by all the good-weather friends he thought got him.
Up to anon where it goes from there and how Dustin and Chris feature into it.

They move out of there because of vampire politics, and to Boston, where he attends Harvard and gets bored correcting facts in History textbooks. Mark is in his Art History class, and is failing it by Not Showing Up, but Eduardo doesn't know that.
Only, Eduardo participates in the discussion group on FB about Art History, and finds out later, that the original poster is Mark. And that Mark is kind of awful cute.
And that later, Mark uses Eduardo's answers to cheat on the final essay.

summary: I’d love some omegaverse set around the depositions. Eduardo and Mark have some kind of anger-fueled night together and Eduardo ends up pregnant. They have to work their stuff out with a baby on the way. Bonus if Mark has to put some effort into Eduardo wanting him involved at all in the first place. Would be eternally grateful for a fill!
